2am before bed the night before I ate 1 bun (bad idea) went to sleep around 4am.
in the morning I ate a handfull of pistashieos and an apple,
Then on the way downtown i had a glass of coffee.
although the bun late last night / super early this morning was a bad idea, it curved my appetite for the day. not that its a good or bad thing,
later in the afternoon i ate another apple at the beach and then in the evening i went to Gorilla Foods, a raw vegan cafe, and had a tomato / cucumber sandwich, unfortunately i do not have all the ingredients in it but there were sprouts and the breads were made from nuts and grains, it was amazing,, there was a green kinda avocado sauce accompanied by a plumish, dark red sauce... very good..
later once i got home i had a handful of pistachios and then a small bowl of pasta salad which included, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower (organic), celery, radish (organic), green onion, sunflower seeds (organic), brown rice pasta (organic) (very minimal, and yes it was cooked) with a sauce made from Veganise, and avocado, + turmeric, crushed dried chilies, dried oregano, and fresh cilantro, & salt & pepper.
