This morning after i woke up i had a combination glass of water, I drank 2 pints of water with juiced lemon and zucchini. with 1tsp of nutritional yeast. Appreciation & Spiritual thanks was given while consuming.
continued to prepare my afternoon meal, it was 2 carrots (organic), 1 pepper (non organic) and half a head of cauliflower (Organic) with a personal made dip.
Dip consisted of 1 ripe organic avocado, 1tsp salt, 2 tsp dried oregano, 1tbsp of turmeric 1tsp of pepper, 1 tbsp of Organic EVOO, 1/4cup of Veganise, NO spiritual thanks givin in preparing.
At the above meal at work around 11:30. appreciation & Spiritual thanks given.
at my first break around 2 i ate a organic mango, spiritual thanks and appreciation given.
for lunch i purchased a bag of cook vegan rice crips, an organic avocado and organic pistachios, ate the chips with avocado spread on them and pistachios on top ( fun! :) ).. then i ate dairy free processed chips from vending machine. (bad idea :( ) appreciation given except the vending machine chips
for the last break i ate the rest of the rice crips, no appreciation and spiritual thanks given,
after work i drank a cup of coffee, no appreciation and spiritual thanks given.
my overall day's emotional and awareness was moderate, it went down after the non raw chips at lunch and bag of processed chips. was in a good mood all day and managed to bring many smiles to peoples faces and laughs, i didnt go out of my way to influence strangers or say hello. i have felt better.. after work on the way home i felt amazing and was in a very aware spiritual mood, feeling overall the best i've felt, high energy at home and very productive..
