This video goes deep into the myth that sunlight directly causes skin cancer. This video hit the nail on the head with me as I've always felt that sunlight didn't directly cause skin cancer. The video explains the factors of skin cancer and many cancers and narrows it down to the combination of what your overall health is what nutrients you put into your body and onto your skin.
